The slackline is not only a trendy sport, but it also promotes and requires the interaction of coordination, concentration, and balance to a special degree. Children 10 yrs. old and up and adults are invited to train with this sports equipment. It's a lot of fun, and after a little practice, you can even try out some tricks. In the process, you are training the sensomotor system and your physical awareness. It's not without reason that top athletes, and especially skiers, resort to the slackline in order to improve their balance.
