Would you like to improve your overall  physical condition? Running on trails is an especially close-to-nature experience. Rough terrain and obstacles train not only physical endurance but also the runner's coordination and focus. Because the entire body must be stabilized, more muscle groups are challenged than by simply running on the street.

In the middle of a wonderful landscape and among friends, training will be a true pleasure! The two-time Austrian army champion Patrick Plattner is available for help and advice.
