Nordic Walking
Nordic walking is a full body training that is easy on the joints which, with the right technique, is suited for all ages. Patrick will lead you right from the ASTERHOF on wonderful routes through the meadows and forests of the lower Zillertal. The weekly tours offered are a great experience in any season. Nordic walking poles can be rented for free from Anni at the reception desk.
Trail running
Would you like to improve your overall physical condition? Running on trails is an especially close-to-nature experience. Rough terrain and obstacles train not only physical endurance but also the runner's coordination and focus. Because the entire body must be stabilized, more muscle groups are challenged than by simply running on the street.
In the middle of a wonderful landscape and among friends, training will be a true pleasure! The two-time Austrian army champion Patrick Plattner is available for help and advice.
Biking

Horseback riding
Only 5 min. away by car from the ASTERHOF is the completely newly reconstructed Edhof riding facility in Fügen. From pony riding to romantic horse-drawn carriage rides, everything is possible there.
